Every book is a new journey to embark on. I mainly read romances, but I dabble in other genres too.
I did not like Undead and Unreturnable as much as the first three books in the series. The plot was much looser and just seems to lumber along. It almost feels like filler, but there are some important developments that happen. For instance, Jessica starts to date Detective Nick, Laura shows some signs of loosing her temper (going to the dark side?), and Betsy finally reveals to Sinclair that she can read his mind during their intimate moments. I would rate this book only two stars, but I'm still interested in this series even though this installment wasn't quite as good. It was still entertaining and gave me a few chuckles here and there so three stars it is.
