This book is an easy read so I finished it in about a week or so. I really liked the futuristic world Westerfeld created, a world where everyone has to made pretty through surgery, and I was curious where he was going with it. I liked Tally as the main protagonist and seeing the world from her view. One thing I didn't like however, was the love triangle between Tally, David, and Shay, because it felt rushed, and I didn't like how Shay and Tally were getting into a fight over some boy that Tally just met. It didn't make sense to me and could have been handled better. Overall, although this book takes a simple approach, it is an interesting read.
