Every book is a new journey to embark on. I mainly read romances, but I dabble in other genres too.
This one was definitely an interesting read due to Lia, the female protagonist, suffering from a medical condition known as vaginismus. I have never heard of that before I read this book so I think it was cool of the author to create a story showing a woman with this condition reclaiming her sexuality. I definitely liked how the male protagonist, Damian, points out that sexual satisfaction doesn't have to include penetration and that there are other ways to be intimate. I also thought it was sweet how Damian is sensitive to Lia's condition and is so willing to help her overcome it.
Not much substance beyond that, but it is a sweet story, and it was worth my time.
