Every book is a new journey to embark on. I mainly read romances, but I dabble in other genres too.
I actually liked this volume since some exciting things happen and a lot of intriguing developments occur in the plot. I'm glad I got volume 5 on hold at the library, because the cliffhanger at the end makes me want to find out what happens next.
I'm still not connecting to any of the characters though. Yuki... I wish she would toughen up. I don't like the "I'm doing this for you, Zero!" and the way she's putting herself in danger. Yeah she's trying to save him, but she needs to think about herself too. As for Zero... he's still full of angst.
The art continues to be pretty, but I'm still having a hard time telling characters apart, the male vampire students especially. The action scenes are also hard to follow, because I find myself staring at some of the pictures trying to figure out what the characters are doing.
